Spherical Building Services offers individual home owners, commercial drywall contractors, and general contractors with qualified craftsmen anywhere in the World. We specialize in providing our customers with professional, crews to erect their spherical structures in a safe and timely manner.

We can erect and frame any spherical structure from any manufacturer anywhere. These range from stick-built and panelized systems to geodesic dome home packages designed and produced individually to meet your individual needs. Normally we are hired as a labor only contractor directly by the residential home owner or commercial general contractors to perform most or all of the following services:

Install multisided footings, foundation walls or concrete slab
Erect basement retaining walls, block or monolithic concrete
Install all necessary chemical anchor bolts or straps to code
Install steel or wood floor framing and plywood decking
Erect exterior geodesic spherical truss
Frame all interior walls and floor joist
Install all interior and exterior windows and doors
Build all stairs and landings
Install rigid or bat insulation
Hang, finish, texture and paint all sheetrock
Install interior wood trim and cabinetry
Install all exterior plywood sheathing
Install all desired roofing materials
Install all desired exterior siding materials
Install all exterior dormers, skylights and cupolas
Install all porches, patios and decks

It is usually recommended you use local mechanical contractors for heating, air conditioning, electrical and pluming. Spherical Building Services knows the mechanical building codes and will assist you with your mechanical phases above and below ground if you desire. Your local utilities will do your final hook ups for water, power and sewer.

Our fees are for 'labor only' and, as such, we do not supply any materials or motorized rental equipment needed for the construction of the building. Our work force are professional craftsmen and provide all their own personal tools and equipment required. We can provide the project with one working superintendent or provide any size crew members as needed. We can man a project 24/7 if that is what your schedule requires.

Our crews are hired as 'contract labor' by the hour or by the job. If you are not satisfied with our work or services you can let us go at any time without breach of contract. It is worth noting, that our crews have never been let go from a job because a customer was unhappy with their performance or work. It may make you feel better about our hourly billing system knowing that you can let us go at any time for any reason. Call or e-mail us for a bid or quote.

The Owner Build option is intended for those people who want to act as their own general contractor and save money in the process. You will play a key role in every phase of construction, from foundation work to final completion of your home.
